Vestas appreciates the opportunity to provide feedback on the secondary legislation of the Net-Zero Industry Act. Vestas sees the Net Zero Industry Act (NZIA) as an important piece of legislation that will have a major impact on the European wind industry and its competitiveness in and outside of Europe. We do however have key recommendations for changes. Due to their interconnected nature we have chosen to provide feedback on the list of main specific components and the implementing act on non price criteria in one document. Please see attached. We remain at the Commission's disposal for further dialogue.

Response to List of net-zero technology final products and their main specific components

Vestas urges EU to end price-driven race to bottom
