Strategic foresight is a systematic and collaborative way of analysing different possible futures and using these insights to inform policy. In the context of the EU's multiple global challenges in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment, 2025 Strategic Foresight Report will focus on resilience. It will seek to enhance coherence and synergies between all the EU policies that are relevant to strengthening long-term resilience. It will aim to provide a comprehensive framework for long-term resilience across EU policy priorities.
