Amendment of the regulation establishing the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights
Justice and fundamental rights
Following the external evaluation of the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights in 2017, the Commission will propose technical amendments to the Agency’s founding Regulation, mainly to align the Regulation with the Lisbon Treaty and the Common Approach on decentralised EU agencies.
