Establishing harmonised marking to be used for products in contact with drinking water

Environment

In the recast of the Drinking Water Directive an EU system to certify products that are intended to be in contact with drinking water shall be established. Only products that are EU declared conform shall be placed on the market. This delegated act is part of a group of initiatives for the establishment of this EU system. It will establish harmonised specifications for the marking to be used for products in contact with water intended for human consumption.
