EU Citizenship Report 2023

Home affairs

The Commission reports every three years on the application of EU legal provisions on non-discrimination and citizenship of the Union. The report to be issued in 2023 will take stock of developments in that area since the last edition of the report in 2020, including in the Court of Justice of the European Union.
