The proposed “Partnership for a Circular bio-based Europe”, envisaged under Horizon Europe, aims to support sustainability-driven innovation for new local value-creation from waste and biomass. It strives to support the development of sustainable and climate-neutral technologies, as well as to replace non-renewable fossil and mineral resources by biomass and waste for renewable products and nutrients. It will align strategies and visions to better achieve these policy objectives.
