Evaluation of marketing standards [Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013]

The evaluation will assess to what extent the EU marketing standards for food products (technical specifications, classification, presentation, marking and labelling, packaging etc.) are delivering to achieve the fixed objectives and are useful in this sense for the stakeholders (consumers, producers, traders, packers, retailers). It covers both the Common Market Organisation Regulation and secondary legislation and the "Breakfast Directives".
