Evaluation of rights of passengers in bus and coach transport in the EU

Transport

The Commission will evaluate the regulation of rights of passengers in bus and coach transport. The regulation has been adopted in 2011 and thus it is necessary to assess how well it has performed since its adoption and whether it continues to be justified in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence and EU added value.
