The evaluation will analyse the governance framework that the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership Agreements create, the impacts that they have in the EU and the partner countries, and the extent to which the expected objectives are achieved. Based on the conclusions of the analysis, the evaluation might also present recommendations for improving the agreements in the future, with a view to make their impact stronger and more relevant for the EU and the partner countries.
