This evaluation assesses the achievements of the European Regional Development Fund and the Cohesion Fund during 2014-2020. It examines the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of investments supported, their coherence with other policies, their relevance and EU added value. It seeks to identify factors contributing to success or failure of these investments under different socio-economic conditions, good practices and the contribution to growth, sustainable development and job creation.
