Green Recovery for the Blue Economy (tentative)

Maritime affairs and fisheries

The initiative will identify priorities for the development of a new approach for a sustainable blue economy in line with the European Green Deal. It will aim at promoting a sustainable use of aquatic and marine resources while contributing to the recovery of the EU economy. A sustainable blue economy brings about resilient solutions and innovative products and services while protecting biodiversity and natural capital on land and at sea and tackling climate change.
