Justice and fundamental rights

Combating discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity is a fundamental right. The current EU list of actions to advance LGBTI equality and their implementation ends in 2019. Preparatory work is launched that may lead to a new initiative aiming at proposing concrete policy actions.
