This act corrects the requirements for the development of damage tolerance data in order to ensure that they will be only developed upon request from operators. It also amends the requirements on seats in order to avoid the need to requalify them to the dynamic conditions on aircraft where the certificate of airworthiness was planned to be issued before 18 February 2021 and which, because of the delays in aircraft production caused by the Covid-19 crisis, will be issued after that date.
