This act establishes the procedure for the control authorities and control bodies to apply for the recognition by the Commission for the purpose of controlling and issuing certificates to operators in non-EU countries. The act also specifies the actions to be carried out by the Commission to supervise them. In addition, the act establishes provisions on how those control authorities and control bodies should control the operators certified in non-EU countries.
