Preventing money laundering and terrorist financing – EU rules on public-private partnerships (PPPs)

<p>This initiative aims to:</p> <ul> <li>1. give guidance on how current rules apply to PPPs for preventing and combating money laundering and terrorist financing;</li> <li>2. share good practices;</li> <li>3. clarify what information the private and public sectors should give each other to better detect suspicious transactions.</li> </ul> <p>This will improve the quality of reports to financial intelligence units and the private sector’s understanding of risks. </p>
