This implementing act sets out the provisions on the registration process of relying parties in Member States. This concerns the information necessary to authenticate to European Digital Identity Wallets (‘wallets’), the contact details of the relying parties and the intended use of wallets, including an indication of the data to be requested by the relying party from users. Specifications and requirements for the relying party access certificates that are issued based on the registration of the wallet relying party are also included.
