Regulation complementing EU type-approval legislation with regard to the UK withdrawal from the EU (Brexit preparedness)

The proposed Regulation aims to facilitate business continuity and compliance with EU type approval legislation for manufacturers of vehicles (i.e. motor vehicles and their trailers, agricultural/forestry vehicles, two-/three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles) and of non-road mobile machinery faced with the regulatory implications of the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.
