The initiative, in the context of CAP simplification proposal, reduces the administrative burden for farmers, generated by the obligation to report the use of plant protection products (PPP), at parcel level, for beneficiaries that voluntarily apply for CAP support to reduce use of PPP. It removes the obligation to record the PPP in the geospatial application. However, farmers shall continue record-keeping the use of plant protection products. It also aligns the legal references related to the Integrated Administration and Control System.
