Technical requirements for unlimited series, small series, special purpose vehicles and fully automated vehicles

Single market

Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2018/858 is amended by updating the references to the General Safety Regulation and by laying down the specific requirements for the approval of vehicles produced in small series, special purpose vehicles and driverless vehicles. In addition, specific provisions with regard to software updates are included in the conformity of production procedure in Annex IV to that Regulation.
