The implementing act will set the template, which Member States will use to inform the Commission and other Member States on: • The cases of contamination with products or substances not authorized for use in organic production in the previous year • The results of the official investigations made to identify the cause and the source of the contamination • The measures taken from competent authorities following the investigation
