This initiative aims to ensure that the Commission proposal COM(2021) 812 of 14/12/2021 for a revised Regulation on Union guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport network reflects the geopolitical changes following Russia’s war of aggression in Ukraine. This implies changes to the TEN-T network (maps of the network in the EU Member States and in third countries, the European Transport Corridors) and to requirements aiming at improving interoperability of the rail network.
