Response to Consumer Agenda 2025-2030 and Action Plan on Consumers in the Single Market

The European Casino Association welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback on the Consumer Agenda 2025-2030. The strategy is set to contain a plethora of measures to be taken in 2025-2030 for the protection of EU consumers, including the Digital Fairness Act. Therefore, our extensive industry recommendations, which can be found in the attached document, will focus on this Act, which we believe will be a cornerstone for EU consumers' protection online against key threats stemming from illegal gambling operators.
