Response to EU Space Law: Union law for safe, secure and sustainable space activities

Isar Aerospace recognises the transformative potential of the EU Space Act. However, the realisation of this potential is entirely dependent on ensuring that the Acts ambition is matched with both practical and proportionate implementation. In the following paper we highlight the draft Acts critical issues and provide six (6) resolutory recommendations for addressing them. If these recommendations are not considered and subsequently implemented into the Act, Isar Aerospace will be unable to actively support the proposed legislative initiative.
