Please find attached the comments to the public consultation on the consumer agenda submitted on behalf of the consumer association, Ius Omnibus. The comments focus in particular on aspects relating to digitalization and innovation, which we consider especially sensitive from a consumer protection perspective and increasingly important for shaping a fairer, safer, and more competitive single market.
