Response to 2040 Climate Target Plan

I thank the opportunity for a feedback. I represent STTK from Finland, that is a trade union confederacy with about 400 000 members. We appriciate that skills have been taken within the agenda of The Green Deal Industrial Plan as well as other EU policies. But we need to see more binding policies to re-skill and up skill european work force. This is a question of not just have to ensure the adequate work force for the transition, but also about just transition and winning support for green policies. Now too many feel left behind or are easily turned against the green transition. That is one more reason to put more effort on skills, and communicate efficiently more on how green policies are bringing well paid jobs in Europe.
