Amendment to the CO2 determination regulation for heavy-duty vehicles

Commission Regulation 2017/2400 on the determination of CO2 emissions and fuel consumption of heavy-duty vehicles introduces a methodology and a simulation tool to determine the performance of heavy-duty vehicles. This methodology must be amended notably to take into account vehicles running on hydrogen and other new technologies, and to bring necessary improvements and corrections.
