Ex-post evaluation of Horizon 2020

Research and innovation

The final evaluation of Horizon 2020 will analyse outputs and impacts of the EU programme for Research and Innovation in the period 2014-2020. It will cover all instruments of Horizon 2020, in all fields of science supported. This evaluation is carried out to fulfil the legal obligation on accountability of public spending (article 32 of the EU regulation 1291/2013) and to harvest lessons which will help the design and implementation of current and future EU actions in research and innovation.
