This initiative concerns guidelines that will explain to stakeholders how they may self-assess whether sustainability agreements fulfil the conditions for granting the benefit of a derogation from EU competition rules. The European Commission will adopt these guidelines under new EU rules for the common market organisation for agricultural products in the EU.
