Implementing Regulation (EU) sets the measures to prevent the entry into and the further spread within the Union territory of the bacteria Xylella fastidiosa. This amendment revise some of the provisions based on the experience gained since August 2020, as well as update the list of host plants based the latest publications of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
