Migration and asylum

The New Pact on Migration and Asylum aims to establish a comprehensive, sustainable and crisis-proof framework for asylum and migration management, including both the internal and external dimensions. It will complement the proposals presented in 2016 and fill the gaps to establish a Common European Asylum System, within which Member States can implement and deliver effective asylum and migration policies.
