Building on the European digital identity framework, the business wallet will provide economic operators with a cross-border ecosystem of interoperable digital tools to interact with all public administrations, including unique identifiers and a unified channel for legally binding notifications, e-invoicing and data storage and sharing. This will help economic operators to streamline their operations and administrative tasks, and it will act as a cross-cutting enabler for simplification and burden reduction initiatives.
