Technical amendments to the annexes to the Fertilising Products Regulation

Single market

The new rules on EU fertilising products as set in Regulation (EU) No 2019/1009 will start applying as of 16 July 2022. To ensure their smooth implementation, some technical details have to be clarified or introduced in the annexes to the new Regulation. This will be done via a Commission delegated act.
