Updating the list of infringements which may lead to the loss of good repute by the road transport operator

Following the adoption of Mobility Package I, Commission Regulation 2016/403 on the classification of serious infringements which may lead to the loss of good repute by the road transport operator needs to be updated to take into account the new infringements stemming from Mobility Package I.
