Response to Commission Implementing Regulation on the provision of voluntary indication of origin or place of provenance of foods

1 Feb 2018

Assolatte Comments on Draft Commission Implementing Regulation on the provision of voluntary indication of origin or place of provenance of foods With an annual turnover of 16 billion Euro, Dairy industry is the first sector of Italian food sphere. Assolatte, one of the most important Trade Association in Italy, represents the interests of 250 national dairy companies, that globally cover the 90% of industrial dairy sector and the 70% of Italian milk production.
