Detailed implementing rules for the voluntary schemes recognised by the European Commission

To encourage the development of voluntary schemes that set standards for the production of sustainable biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels and certify meeting these standards, the Commission is required set out detailed implementing rules for voluntary schemes, including adequate standards of reliability, transparency and independent auditing.
