The EU space-based secure connectivity should enhance protection versus cyber- and hybrid threats by providing to EU citizens, businesses and public authorities: 1) reliable, cost-effective, ultra-secure connectivity for governmental and commercial communications, critical infrastructures, external actions, crisis management, telemedicine, maritime and airspace surveillance, covering also Africa and the Arctic; 2) ubiquitous high-speed broadband across EU for a fully functioning Single Market.
