Reporting scheme for data centres in Europe

The proposal for an Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27/EU recast introduces in its proposed Article 11(10) reporting requirements on the energy performance and sustainability of data centres. With this Delegated Act the Commission exercises its power, under Article 31(3) of the proposal for an Energy Efficiency Directive 2012/27/EU recast to establish a common Union scheme for rating the sustainability of data centres located in its territory.
