Revision of the Vertical Block Exemption Regulation

Competition

This initiative aims to revise the rules on agreements between parties active at different levels in the same economic supply chain to cater for business needs in accordance with competition rules and provide stakeholders with up-to-date guidance for a business environment reshaped notably by the growth of e-commerce. The aim is to have revised rules in place by May 2022 when the current rules will expire
