Transitional measures for smart tachograph 2 regarding its use of OSNMA

The draft implementing regulation aims to adapt the technical specifications of the smart tachograph to the fact that Galileo OSNMA will not be available before the introduction date of smart tachograph 2. The act sets out transitional measures laying down how smart tachographs will function both before and after Galileo OSNMA is operational.
