Options for support for R&D of dual-use technologies

Research and innovation

In the Joint Communication on the European Economic Security Strategy (JOIN(2023)20 final), the Commission committed to report on options to ensure adequate, strategically targeted support for dual-use technology development, after reviewing the scope of existing instruments. Through this White Paper, the Commission invites for comments on the proposals set out therein, in order to allow a comprehensive dialogue with all concerned parties that will inform the next steps of the Commission.
