Quality Jobs Roadmap

As our industries and economies change shape, a Quality Jobs Roadmap will help ensure a just transition for all. The initiative will support fair wages and working conditions, high standards for health and safety, training and fair job transitions for all, notably by increasing collective bargaining coverage. The Roadmap will also consider ways for improving the anticipation and management of change and for pursuing a human in control principle for algorithm management at the workplace.
