Single market

This initiative aims to better communicate essential information of chemical products, through possible simplification and streamlining of the labelling requirements and the possible use of digital labelling. It’s likely to improve access to essential information and reduce the adverse effects of hazardous chemicals to health and the environment. It additionally sets out to increase the cost-effectiveness and overall competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry.
