A comprehensive EU stockpiling strategy would help ensure critical goods and materials during all crisis scenarios, both at EU and national level. More specifically, the strategy would build on already existing or developing sectoral stockpiling approaches under one common umbrella, closely aligned with broader strategic frameworks such as the Preparedness Union, Internal Security, economic security strategies and EU Competitiveness Compass
