Implementing act on a list of High-Value Datasets

The Directive on open data and the re-use of public sector information replaces and enhances the ‘PSI Directive’ (2003/98/EC). It foresees the adoption of an implementing act defining a list of specific high-value datasets held by public sector bodies and public undertakings, and to be made available for re-use for free, via Application Programming Interfaces, and in a machine-readable format.
